J. Salla Mistela is obtained from grapes of the garnacha variety,
high in sugar content, to the must of which grape spirit is added
to halt fermentation, thus obtaining a sweet wine with a bright,
golden yellow colour, with a direct palate, that maintains the
natural sweetness of the grape must.
